You are so brave to share your very adorable and TINY muffin top! at 5' tall isn't 108 an ideal weight?? I am also 5' tall. I am 20 lbs more!! NO way do you get to see my muffin top haha but I think I better check out this challenge!!

I think it's Drury Lane (it's in London). Anyway, my Gran was officially diagnosed with Alzheimer's not all that long ago, although she been getting steadily worse for years. So perhaps I should start thinking about eating healthy while I'm still young! No more chicken burgers and fries! I tend to be slimmer when I eat a Japanese diet than a Western one, so maybe that is the key!

I'm trying to "tone" up as well! Good luck!

keep up the good work. being in good shape has a lot to do with your height/weight ratio, but thin people often overlook the need to exercise.

Some perspective: Your BMI is only 21.1, which is on the better side of the normal range.

At 108 you don't even weigh enough to give blood.

I applaud your desire to get in shape and exercise, but please don't gauge your success by the numbers on the scale. You are already very, very petite.
